1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the rt77 online gaming platform ("Platform", "we", "rt77") and any person using this platform ("User", "you").

By accessing or using the rt77 website, mobile version or any related services, you will be considered to have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any term, please do not use the platform.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

2.1 Registration Process

Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, IP address or device. If an attempt is made to create multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and deposits and bonuses may be forfeited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If your personal information (such as email or payment method) changes, update it in your account profile promptly. rt77 is not responsible for any transaction delays caused by outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no transaction or gaming activity for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as "inactive". A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts, which will be deducted from the remaining account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

rt77 supports transactions through all popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The main deposit and withdrawal policies are outlined below:

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200.
• The name on the payment account and the rt77 account must match.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• No additional charges apply for deposits.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount across all payment methods is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to your own payment account.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

rt77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• The welcome bonus applies only once and only at the time of the first deposit.
• The bonus wagering requirement is 20 times (20x) — meaning you must place bets totalling the bonus amount multiplied by 20.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after the bonus is activated, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 VIP Cashback

Weekly cashback benefits are available across rt77's four VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier based on your regular gaming activity and account status.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

If bonus benefits are misused or bonuses are claimed fraudulently, rt77 may cancel all bonuses and close the account. Bonus abuse includes claiming bonuses through multiple accounts and attempting to complete wagering requirements by placing minimum-risk bets on bonuses.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Game Results

All game results on rt77 are determined through certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are managed by third-party game provider systems. Once a game round is completed, the result cannot be changed.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to internet disconnection, server issues or device problems, the rt77 support team will investigate. The game provider's log records will be considered the final evidence.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

For cricket betting, if a match is abandoned, drawn or cancelled, rt77 will settle bets according to its own policies. Betting is available for all international cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments.

6.4 Incorrect Odds or Payouts

If incorrect odds are displayed due to an obvious error, rt77 reserves the right to cancel those bets or settle them at the correct odds.

7 Responsible Gaming

rt77 believes that gaming should be an entertainment activity, not a source of financial problems. We encourage our users to game responsibly.

• Users can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit and betting limits on their own account.
• A temporary break (cooling-off) or self-exclusion option is available through our support team.
• If signs of gaming addiction appear, the account can be permanently closed.
• Gaming by minors (under 21 years of age) is strictly prohibited.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rt77 platform:

• Cheating, manipulation or gaining gaming advantages through any dishonest method.
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage activities.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using third-party accounts or payment methods.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Any technical interference or hacking attempt on the rt77 system.
• Disturbing, threatening or harassing other users.
• Creating or operating an account under a false identity.

If such activities are detected, rt77 reserves the right to close the account, forfeit bonuses and winnings, and take legal action if necessary.

10.1 Service Availability

rt77 strives to provide uninterrupted service, however the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by rt77

rt77 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.
• Inactive account (see Section 3.3).

11.2 Closure by User

You may request the closure of your account at any time through our support team. Any remaining valid balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed, however any active bonuses will be forfeited.

12 Dispute Resolution

The decision of rt77's management authority shall be considered final. In resolving all disputes, rt77's technical logs and records are the authoritative documents.

12.4 Severability of Terms

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect. These terms as a whole constitute the entire agreement between rt77 and the user and replace all prior oral or written understandings.
